Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of order. Shipping times depend on the place where you ship: Italy standard shipping 2/3 working days, European countries, standard shipping 4/5 working days.
The courier will always inform you on what day the delivery will take place. Unfortunately, the delivery times depend on the courier and are not predictable. Our advice is to indicate as a place for delivery an address to which is always present the user or someone who takes its place.
We can ship your products to European Union countries. Shipping costs abroad will be automatically calculated within the order by selecting the country of destination.
To be able to place an order with delivery to countries outside Europe send an email to: email@example.com.
A few hours after the fulfilment of your order, you will automatically receive an email from the courier to track your shipment.
To provide efficient service, our team tries to work on orders as soon as the payment is completed, for this reason, once the payment is made, it will not be possible to cancel the order.
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card and PayPal.
If you want or need to receive an invoice, just inform us at the time of the order along with your details and your VAT number. The invoice will take a few days.
You can also pay by credit/debit card without having a PayPal account. Once redirected to the PayPal webpage, you will be presented with two options: Pay as a guest and Log in to your existing PayPal account.
All our products are shipped with packaging that guarantee maximum safety to reach the destination always perfectly intact. However, if at the time of collection of the package you notice that the box has obviously been damaged (crushed or open), we invite you to refuse the withdrawal and fill out the form of the courier justifying the reason in writing, and promptly contact us by email.
You have the right to return the products within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any reason. Before requesting the return of a product, check that the products correspond to the following conditions, in accordance with our terms of sale. The products must be in their original state, intact, still provided with all the labels and the safety film, packaging if any, and special accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, used or modified items will not be accepted. The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order. The returned item parcel must be sent to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization. To request the return of the product you must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If all conditions are met, we will refund you within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. In case of payment by PayPal, credit card, refund will be made on the same means of payment that you used for the purchase.
